Love green beans!

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 punter of green beans
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 1/2 bag of spinach
  • 3 tablespoons of homemade garlic hummus
  • 1/4 chilli, garlic sauce
  • 1 teaspoon chilli paste
  • Pinch of salt and pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of fish sauce

How:

  1. Heat a fry-pan on high for 5 minutes
  2. Add the sauces, paste, hummus and green beans and leave for 7 minutes
  3. Dice tomatoes into large slices and add to the mix, and add spinach. Put the lid on and leave for 5 minutes.
