Ingredients:
- 3/4 punter of green beans
- 3 tomatoes
- 1/2 bag of spinach
- 3 tablespoons of homemade garlic hummus
- 1/4 chilli, garlic sauce
- 1 teaspoon chilli paste
- Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 teaspoon of fish sauce
How:
- Heat a fry-pan on high for 5 minutes
- Add the sauces, paste, hummus and green beans and leave for 7 minutes
- Dice tomatoes into large slices and add to the mix, and add spinach. Put the lid on and leave for 5 minutes.
