Fresh, home grown lamb, salad and herbs. So lovely to share with friends and family. Roast marinade:
- chilli paste
- 1/4 cup garlic infused olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves
- Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 teaspoon coconut syrup
- Slice the top of uncooked roast and rub the marinade over with your hands, especially in the sliced indents.
- I put the roast on for 4 hours on 130 degrees.
