Fresh, home grown lamb, salad and herbs. So lovely to share with friends and family. Roast marinade:

Ingredients:

  • chilli paste
  • 1/4 cup garlic infused olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • Pinch of salt and pepper
  • 1 teaspoon coconut syrup

How:

  1. Slice the top of uncooked roast and rub the marinade over with your hands, especially in the sliced indents.
  2. I put the roast on for 4 hours on 130 degrees.
