Clean choccy slice


for those of us who have a tendency of overindulging over the easter break the suffer the consequences of chocolate withdrawals, here is a clean cure. no post snack-a-thon guilt needed.


  • 1 cup almond meal
  • 1/4 cup raw cacao
  • 1/4 cup organic coconut syrup
  • 1/2cup shredded coconut
  • 3/4 cup of chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil
  • 1 tbs vanilla bean powder
  • 1/4 cup of oats


  1. mix all the ingredients together in a large mixing bowl
  2. line tray with baking paper and all the mixture
  3. place in the freezer for 1-2 hours
