ingredients
- 1 cup almond meal
- 1/4 cup raw cacao
- 1/4 cup organic coconut syrup
- 1/2cup shredded coconut
- 3/4 cup of chia seeds
- 1/2 cup coconut oil
- 1 tbs vanilla bean powder
- 1/4 cup of oats
how:
- mix all the ingredients together in a large mixing bowl
- line tray with baking paper and all the mixture
- place in the freezer for 1-2 hours
