Oven baked potato chips with ‘a lumpy guac’

Ingredients:

  • 2 x potato, washed with skin left on
  • A pinch of salt and pepper
  • A pinch of Italian herbs
  • Teaspoon of olive oil

How:

  1. Cut the potato into small rectangular piece and drizzle some oil on top. Use a brush to spread the oil and create a light cover over them.
  2. Sprinkle with herbs, salt and pepper
  3. Leave in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until chips are crispy.
  4. Serve with your fave sauce or dip.
