A smoothie for energy!

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup of frozen papaya
  • 1/4 cup of frozen banana
  • 1/4 cup of mango
  • 1 teaspoon of chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon of maca powder
  • 1/2 cup of fresh orange juice

How:

Just chuck all ingredients in the blender and top with almonds, chia seeds and berries.
