A lumpy guac


5 minute recipe for a quick and easy snack.


  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 2 cherry tomatoes, finely chopped
  • 1/4 red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon of soy sauce
  • A pinch of nutmeg
  • A pinch of salt and pepper
  • A dash of olive oil


  1. mash the avocado using a fork until smooth
  2. Add soy, nutmeg, salt and pepper, olive oil and mix until evenly distributed through the avo
  3. Add tomato and onion and stir
