5 minute recipe for a quick and easy snack.
Ingredients
- 1 ripe avocado
- 2 cherry tomatoes, finely chopped
- 1/4 red onion, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon of soy sauce
- A pinch of nutmeg
- A pinch of salt and pepper
- A dash of olive oil
How:
- mash the avocado using a fork until smooth
- Add soy, nutmeg, salt and pepper, olive oil and mix until evenly distributed through the avo
- Add tomato and onion and stir
